Pinterest has lost at least seven senior executives in roles ranging from creator marketing to corporate development in recent weeks as the online scrapbooking app grapples with a drop in U.S. users and slowing ad revenue growth.
Among the executives leaving are Gary Johnson, Pinterest’s head of corporate development, and Omar Seyal, head of core product, according to people familiar with the situation. They’re set to join Colleen Stauffer, global head of creator marketing; Ravi Adusumilli, global head of business development and partnerships; Silvia Oviedo Lopez, global head of content and creators; Celestine Maddy, global head of consumer and brand marketing; and Meredith Guerriero, vice president of sales and partnerships, who have also left in recent weeks, according to the people.
