Scott is currently the vice president, emerging technology at the National Basketball Association. Scott also teaches e-commerce and digital marketing within the graduate program at New York University. Previously, Scott was the managing director, platform operations at The New York Times, where he led the content, monetization and product strategy among all non-NYTimes channels. He also led The Times' entrance into the mobile subscription business. Scott's past experience includes directing mobile marketing and product for Avis Budget Group. He is based in New Jersey.
