Tom is a digital strategist at a technology consultancy, enabling some of the worlds largest organisations to turn new technologies into new sources of value. He specialises in data analysis and customer research to identify opportunities; creating, testing and iterating innovative solutions; and identifying new business models to achieve success. Before that, he spent time at Bupa, the UK's largest health insurance firm working on strategy and M&A, and 5 years in payments as a product manager. He holds an MBA from Imperial College, London.
