The Information reveals over 85 top employees at ByteDance, one of the world’s most valuable venture capital-backed startups worth $100 billion at its last fundraising. Over the last year, the company has reorganized its management to accelerate the growth of new businesses such as online gaming and education, and to give CEO Zhang Yiming more time to focus on international growth. At the top is founder Zhang Yiming, who has 16 people reporting directly to him, and has final say over most big decisions.
