VP Event & Ad Sales
Chris Bowlby joined The Information in September 2019 as VP of Event and Advertising Sales. Previously, he held senior sales and sales management roles with Time Inc.'s Fortune/Money Group, The New York Times, Flipboard and Spotify. While at Fortune, Chris collaborated in the creation of the inaugural sponsorship of the Fortune 500. As a digital sales leader at the Times, he was recognized with the NYT Publisher's Award for "excellence in technology, innovation and business performance." At Flipboard, Chris was part of the platform's first national sales team where he contributed measurably to driving technology and finance category mobile revenue. A business graduate of Fresno State, Chris resides in Mill Valley, California.
