Customer Success Manager
Matthew McSwain joined The Information as a Customer Success Manager in January 2018. Prior to The Information, Matthew was a Director of Customer Operations and Member Success for Chinese based bicycle-sharing system, bluegogo International, Inc. He attended the University of California, Davis for undergraduate school where he received a bachelor of arts in Science and Technology Studies.
