Some heavy hitters in the tech and media world have left their jobs or are about to. The reasons behind the exits vary, but struggles within SoftBank and startups it has backed are driving a number of prominent departures. Not all the executives are necessarily looking to make an immediate move. Departing CEOs including IBM’s Ginni Rometty and LinkedIn’s Jeff Weiner are staying on in an executive chair role, at least for the time being.
