Bezos to Step Down as Amazon CEO on July 5

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has revealed his final day in the top job at the internet giant will be July 5. At Amazon’s annual shareholder meeting, which was held virtually, Bezos said he chose the date for sentimental reasons because it will be the date of Amazon’s founding 27 years earlier, CNBC reported.
