State AGs Will Appeal Loss in Antitrust Case Against Facebook

A group of nearly every state attorney general in the country formally lodged their appeal on Wednesday of a stinging loss in a high-profile antitrust case against Facebook. The move makes it more difficult for the states to litigate their case in tandem with a parallel lawsuit from the Federal Trade Commission, which lost a similar case against Facebook, and is planning to refile next month. ...
