Google Cloud Acquires Data Management Firm, Actifio

Google Cloud announced on Wednesday that it has acquired the data management firm Actifio for an undisclosed amount. The Boston-based company has nearly 400 employees and was last valued at $1.3 billion in 2018, according to Pitchbook. In total, Actifio has raised $461 million.
