Aeva to Go Public in $2.1 Billion SPAC Merger

Autonomous vehicle technology startup Aeva is merging with a SPAC at a $2.1 billion valuation, TechCrunch reported Monday . Aeva makes a type of sensor called LiDAR, or light detection and ranging, which enables self-driving cars to measure how far they are from other cars and pedestrians.
