The Chinese government has issued sweeping cybersecurity rules giving it the authority to inspect businesses and access their information, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing the country’s Public Security Ministry. Starting Nov. 1, Chinese authorities can physically inspect companies in China and remotely access their computer networks to check for security loopholes, the newspaper said....
