Thoma Bravo to Acquire Coupa Software for $8 Billion

Private equity firm Thoma Bravo has agreed to buy enterprise software company Coupa Software for $8 billion, the company said in an announcement on Monday. The deal comes days after Thoma Bravo finished raising a $32.4 billion buyout fund. The private equity company will pay $81 per share in the all cash deal.
