Wednesday, October 21, 2020

Join The Information Managing Editor, Martin Peers, and The Information Reporter, Ross Matican, in The Information’s Slack Backchannel for a live conversation about the rise of SPACs and the recent boom in tech IPOs. As a member of our Slack community, you’ll be able to participate directly in the conversation by asking Martin and Ross questions or sharing your thoughts on the current IPO environment.

Topics will include:

  • Why there's been a SPAC boom during Covid-19.
  • How SPACs have evolved over the years.
  • Whether certain types of companies are better candidates for SPAC mergers.
  • Fees that SPAC managers and underwriters typically collect.
  • And more!
