About the Speakers:

• Alice Mansergh is the SMB Lead at Google UK & Ireland. She is a marketer, who in her 16 years at Google, has headed up all of Google’s consumer marketing in the UK, introducing people to products and platforms like Google Chrome, Gmail, Maps and Android.  Most recently, she moved from promoting Google’s own products, to helping businesses market theirs effectively.  She currently leads the Google Customer Solutions organisation for the UK & Ireland, helping everybody from plucky start-ups to high street brands to find, grow and keep their customers online. She is also a Board Member for Fáilte Ireland, Ireland’s National Tourism Development Authority.  
• Lan Guan is the Global Managing Director at Accenture. She is an experienced Management Consulting professional with deep expertise in all aspects of business transformation powered by data analytics and Artificial Intelligence. 20+ years of consulting experience working with Fortune 100 clients from the Communications, Media, Retail, and Financial Services industry in North America and Asia to achieve measurable business results.
• Nikki Mendonça is the Global Managing Director – Software & Platforms Industry Network at Accenture, where she is focused on driving Experience Transformation. Prior to that, she was the Global President of Accenture Interactive Operations, where she led a 16000+ strong global marketing operations team. Before that, she served as the President of OMD EMEA.
• Alexander Mann is the Director of the EMEA Small Business Group at Facebook, where he is responsible for leading the Small and Medium Business segment across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger for all of Europe, Middle East and Africa. With his team, Alexander is empowering millions of entrepreneurs and SMBs to connect with their customers, shift from offline to online, grow their businesses and hire more people to drive economic impact.
• Jessica Lessin founded The Information in 2013 and is the publication’s Editor-in-Chief. She covered Silicon Valley and the technology industry for eight years at the Wall Street Journal. Jessica graduated from Harvard University in 2005 and lives in San Francisco.
