The Information’s list of Next GPs includes 19 investors and entrepreneurs likely to become venture capital general partners—the tight circle of investors who manage their firms’ investment decisions.
In the clubby world of venture capital, general partners hold most of the power. The Information talked to more than 30 sources to rank these rising leaders. Several have already led successful investments and sit on startup boards. Some are experienced tech executives who invest in startups on the side. We’ve also included younger investors who stand out for sourcing new investments and seem poised to rise to the partner level or beyond.
