Christopher Stern is a Washington-based reporter for The Information. Chris spent many years covering tech policy as business reporter for publications including the Washington Post and Bloomberg. He has extensive experience covering Congress, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and other federal agencies. A native of Washington DC, Chris got his first job as a reporter at the Greenfield Recorder in Greenfield, Mass. Immediately prior to joining The Information, Chris spent five years at MetLife as the vice president of policy communications. He is a graduate of Middlebury College.
