Join Our New York Subscriber Summit

Dear Subscribers,
I am excited to announce that you can reserve your spot for our April 5 New York Subscriber Summit today. Our San Francisco Summit filled up in a few days, so please sign up now if you’d like to join us.
Our Subscriber Summits are bi-annual meetings of around 200 The Information subscribers to discuss their biggest challenges and opportunities as a community. It’s the star power of a fancy tech conference with the networking of an investment banking conference.
Our Summits are only for The Information subscribers, and there’s no charge beyond a small reservation fee. We also offer VIP tickets that include subscriptions to The Information that can be gifted, and access to a VIP reception. Due to extremely limited space, we open the events to annual subscribers first, followed by monthly subscribers. (You can upgrade to annual to reserve your spot right away.)
This April, we’re talking about growth. There’s gloom everywhere, from the financial markets to the still-swanky offices of the most highly valued private tech companies. But that doesn’t mean it’s time to sit on the sidelines. The smart ones are still investing in their business and the markets. And they’re going to share how.
Our full agenda is listed here, and we will be adding more speakers soon.
Here are some of them:
Jim VandeHei, co-founder and CEO of Politico—one of the fastest growing news companies of the past decade—talks about what’s next in media.
Andy Boyd of Fidelity, the mutual fund that has been slashing unicorn valuations, will talk about where he’s investing—and where he isn’t.
Dan Doctoroff, who was at the helm of another media giant, Bloomberg, will talk about his new Alphabet company, Sidewalk Labs, and how tech can help grow cities.
And the growth gurus from some of the Valley’s most highly valued companies will discuss how they are maintaining hockey-stick growth.
Our lunch roundtables will feature:
- The future of deep learning, hosted at Facebook
- The growing fragmentation in VR, hosted by Floored
- Best practices around branded video content from some of the pioneers of the format
- A deep dive into The Information’s private tech database, one of our most popular features, with Pitchbook, the data gurus behind it.
We are so excited to have some amazing co-hosts, including our premier co-host, Comcast/NBCUniversal, and Tenfore Holdings. To inquire about co-hosting, email [email protected].
Your participation and feedback is what makes our Summits great, so please email [email protected] if you want to get involved in any way.
And one last word about some other upcoming events and our preliminary speaker lists. We will be announcing new events constantly.
