Intel Corp’s Mobileye unit filed draft paperwork for an initial public offering of its shares on Monday. Intel said in December that it plans to list shares of the Israel-based autonomous driving unit to help raise cash to build chip factories. Mobileye, which Intel acquired in 2017 for $15.3 billion, could be valued at as much as $50 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported in December ....
